FAQ

  • Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time.
  • Shipping Schedule - All orders placed before 1 PM Central time will be shipped the same day. Remaining orders will be shipped the next day. We are a rapid response tightly knit unit that processes in-time orders the same day.

  • Shipping Service - USPS First Class with tracking for both domestic and international. 

  • Holidays - No items will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and USPS postal holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping Charge - Free Shipping on orders going within US. 

  • International Shipping Charge - Based on USPS schedule which takes into account weight and countries. Please note, once your order ships, shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • Order Status & Tracking - You will automatically receive an email once the shipping label is generated showing the tracking number. This will happen either same day or next depending on 1 pm CST cut-off. USPS Shipment Status usually updates within 24 hours. 

  • Time To Deliver
    • Domestic - USPS delivers most orders within 3 days. Exceptions for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories etc. Use the emailed Tracking Link for better estimation.
    • International - Varies based on distance. Tracking will show you the item status.

  • REFUNDS 
    • US Domestic Orders: Request for Refunds can be made if not full satisfied with the product, lost and misplaced packages. A small fee of $5 will be charged for processing refunds. 
    • International Orders: If USPS tracking shows item was not delivered, returned or misplaced, then we will refund the item(s) cost. Please note, Shipping fee is non refundable.
